Jewelry Care
WEAR WITH CARE!
All stainless steel, 14K gold-filled, and sterling silver pieces are heat and water resistant.
To keep all jewelry in its best condition, avoid wearing when submerging in water/moisture (swimming, sweating, showering, etc). Some pieces contain copper and moisture can make the jewelry tarnish.
Keep jewelry out of heat or direct sunlight to maintain its color and shiny finish.
Sterling silver and gold plated jewelry may eventually tarnish but following proper jewelry care will prolong the process.
Stainless steel pieces generally have a longer lifetime than gold-filled or sterling silver pieces.
Refrain from wearing your pieces to bed as movement while sleeping can cause damage to your jewelry.
Avoid coming into contact with chemical substances (lotions, perfumes, body wash, etc.) when wearing your jewelry.
We encourage layering (wearing more than one necklace) but be sure to carefully untangle your pieces throughout you wearing them. Do not pull harshly or yank on pieces, or get them caught on anything as this can also cause damage to your jewelry.
Store your pieces in a jewelry box for the best long-term wear. Avoid leaving your jewelry in places where it is exposed to harsh temperatures (cold and hot) and moisture.
